In this week's episode, a Singapore apartment inspired by Japanese ryokans and tea houses is designed around the idea of slower, quieter living. Warm timber tones and a restrained material palette create a calm retreat from the city. At the same time, an elevated dining area, views of surrounding greenery and spaces shaped around everyday rituals encourage a more intentional pace of life. Rather than recreating Japan literally, the home captures its essence through atmosphere, texture and experience.
